Dry Sauna Wellness Pod
The Cocoon Wellness Pod was amazing!! It was very refreshing and comfortable. Loved using the massage while in the pod and recommend starting on the medium heat and increasing from there! It was perfect for me and I already scheduled my next appointment.

Red Light Therapy
I had a back injury recently from tennis, so I started using the Red Light Treatment arm. It is great, I go in about 3 times a week for 20 minute sessions. I’m feeling better and finally back on court! Love this place!
